Effectively managed and prioritize project process, workflow, and deadlines while still being flexible for rush and ongoing projects.

Responsible for creating engaging marketing visuals in a busy B2B agency. I concentrate on creative solutions and execution helping large brands such as; AirBnb, Shell, Amazon, and Google successfully develop engaging campaigns from concept to final deliverable.

I work parallel with Account Managers, Copywriters, the Art Director and the Creative Director to ensure final creatives are to the client’s satisfaction and properly connect with their audience.

As the Art Director for Trancos Inc., I took a hands-on approach in reshaping our company’s perspective on brand consistency and identity. I implemented standards at Trancos by adding structure to our day-to-day projects and overall assignments until we achieve the desired results. I played an essential role in the Marketing/Creative department by leading our creative team in analysis, forward thinking, tackling and mastering of various tasks that are presented to us.

I was responsible for the overall look and feel of all Trancos brands including site design, banners, content consistency, typography, social media visual representation, landing pages, and email marketing design. These include Mommypage.com, Frontcover.com, and Worthsharingit.com, to name a few. The main goal was the development of cutting-edge, content-rich and engaging websites that are not only visually stimulating but also architecturally structured with acute attention to UI design and responsiveness in the design and functionality. I expanded our market by building and deploying the Mommypage newsletter program, which will include segmented email design by the end of 2014. On occasion, my team contributed to external campaign designs, which includes designing or redesigning client landing pages and banners to Trancos, Inc. high standards for brand consistency.

As a Manager, I lead my team with a strong, team-oriented work ethic. This has served to enhance my strengths and allowed me to create a strong foundation for my team to conquer creative challenges and needs together.

As Graphic Design Specialist, I was the sole designer working on all aspects of our company re-branding. I was in charge of creating a fresh, eye-catching appearance which would reflect the brand’s proud heritage and convey’s the brand’s worth, quality and brand identity.

This re-branding required updating all collateral materials including our website, social media sites, in-store signage, trade show booths and materials needed to represent our new and fresh look. I approved all proofs from international and local vendors, reviewing them for correct printing methodology, registration and color accuracy.

I also interviewed models and subcontractors for on going photo shoots and projects as well as organized products and model photo shoots.

As Lead Designer I was in charge of training new members of the company in process and production standards. I coordinated and managed tasks with my peers to ensure we kept on project and on schedule as well as monitored projects for budget guidelines & created paperwork for billing.

I created collateral materials, brochures, websites, ads, logos, email blasts, brand standard manuals, packaging design and brand identity for *multiple clients. I was also in charge of preflighting outgoing projects for pixel perfect design before files were released to the printer. I also approved proofs from printers, reviewing them for color precision, overprint and registration accuracy.
